Iraq arrests foreign contractors

Iraqi soldiers have arrested more than 40 people - mostly foreigners - after a civilian was shot in central Baghdad.

Private security guards in Iraq have immunity under a 2004 ruling by former US administrators but Baghdad is trying to change that.

Brigadier-General Qassim Moussawi, an Iraq military spokesman, confirmed that "Iraqi security forces arrested a number of security guards from a security company who fired at civilians today in Karrada district"...Full Article.
