...via the Chicago Sun-Times: Interim Police Supt. Dana Starks, who has been awaiting word on whether he qualifies for top FBI security clearance, reportedly “decided” not to apply for the top job.
He failed earlier to submit his paper work in time, and then went on to accuse the FBI of losing his file. Hmmm...seems not a big loss to the City of Chicago.
